Medina Home and Garden Show

The Medina County Home and Garden Show is the perfect kickoff to spring as the Community Center on the Medina County Fairgrounds is transformed into a beautiful display of blooming flowers, trees and bushes. As winter is winding down, it's a great time to start planning your lawn and garden projects and sprucing up your home.

The show features over 130 exhibitors in the home and garden industry like landscaping, gardening, home improvement, kitchen and bath, flooring, roofing, gutters, heating & cooling, outdoor living, remodeling, windows and a lot more.  If you're looking to improve your home or yard, it's a great place for one-stop shopping to compare pricing and quality.

At the center of the 2017 Main Garden is a 212 foot tiny home constructed by Tiny Houses of Hartville. It features a sleeping loft and a storage loft, full bath with 32X32 shower, simple kitchen, heating and cooling. Following the sustainable/green living theme, Crop King will construct a mini hydroponic lettuce garden in the Main Garden.

Local chef Stefanie Paganini will be back to delight us with her stories and delicious dishes. She will be at the show at 11 am on Saturday, March 4.

Speakers and presentations at the show will center around the sustainable/green living theme with topics such as: Traditional vs. Sustainable Landscaping; Embracing Reduce, Reuse, Recycle; Hydroponic and Aquaponic Gardening.

All attendees will be entered to win a beautiful four piece outdoor sitting grroup.

This tiny house from Tiny Homes of Hartville will be featured.

On Saturday, March 4, local amateur barbecuers will compete in the second annual Backyard BBQ Cookoff, cooking up their best chicken and ribs recipes.
You'll be able to pick up some delicious BBQ at the Show's BBQ Kitchen.

When the show closes at 5 pm you can purchase any of the trees, plants, shrubs and flowers at wholesale prices to take home.
